01Understand
Compliance shouldn't live in a dozen places.
Spreadsheets for risks, email threads for evidence, shared drives for policies, and a scramble every time the auditor calls. NexenOne turns each of these into a working system on one platform.

02See it work
Don't take our word for it. Try it.
Four short demos, each under a minute. Start with any of them.
Why an operating system?
Your phone doesn't need a separate file system, security and settings for every app. Compliance shouldn't need a separate tool, spreadsheet and audit trail for every framework. NexenOne is the layer underneath all of them.
Try it: add a framework
Change every document in minutes. Never lose control.
Controlled documents live inside NexenOne, whether you write them in the built-in editor or upload your own. A change that once meant opening dozens of files takes minutes to prepare, and nothing is published until it's reviewed and approved.
Your organisation is moving from AWS to Google Cloud. Every SOP, policy and manual that mentions AWS needs updating.
- Define scope
- Preview changes
- Request change
- Approve and publish
Integrity you can prove.
Once approved, a version can't be edited. Changes always start as a new governed draft.
Every approval is signed electronically, with name, role and time.
A checksum is recorded for every version, so any change outside the workflow shows.
Only the people you choose can draft, review or approve each document.
Pre-change snapshots are kept, so any change can be traced and reversed.
NexenPilot suggests; your people decide.
NexenPilot is the AI built into NexenOne. It surfaces insights and drafts work for every role, but it never saves, approves or acts on its own. Every decision is a person's, and every decision is logged.
Next generation minds use AI to see further, and still decide.
Does NexenPilot change my documents?
No. It never edits, saves or approves anything without a person's decision.
Where does it get its content?
From approved framework content and authoritative sources you confirm. When something is missing, it flags the gap instead of inventing text.
Waiting for your decision.
