These terms apply to your use of nexenminds.com, including its interactive demos, Ask NexenMinds and downloadable resources. The website is operated by NexenMinds Technologies Private Limited ("NexenMinds", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
NexenOne subscriptions
Use of NexenOne itself is governed by a separate customer agreement, order form and data processing terms signed with your organisation, not by these website terms. If the two conflict, the customer agreement applies. Copies are available on request.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes and to learn about NexenOne. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other people's data
- test, scan or probe the website for vulnerabilities without our written permission
- introduce malware or disrupt the website
- scrape or copy the website's content on a systematic basis
- use the website to send unsolicited messages or to impersonate anyone

Ask NexenMinds is an AI assistant that answers questions using this website's content. Its answers are for general information, may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not legal, compliance or professional advice. Please don't enter personal or confidential information.
